The BBQ expert himself, Greg Rempe, fell in love with barbecuing when he was a little guy. He watched his dad cook for his family on his trusty grill.
In time, Greg became a BBQ connoisseur of sorts.
He honed his BBQ skills throughout high school and his love for barbecuing continued and grew throughout the duration of his college education.
It was during that time that Greg found his love of slow and low BBQing. In time, Greg’s passion and love for barbecue consumed him completely! Greg’s original BBQing podcast that began in 2005 became the the BBQ Central Show in 2008. Before that, Greg ran a BBQ Central internet forum back in 2004.
The forum was a massive success throughout the duration of time that Greg owned it (through 2013). The podcast was a huge success as well, which is what led Greg to create the live BBQ Central Show that is well known and loved by BBQ fans all over the globe.
Greg makes each and every episode of the show informative and entertaining. That’s part of what makes it so great. That and the informative episodes.
